Delivery
- Orders processed Mon-Fri (Excl. bank holidays). Weekend orders processed the next working day.
- All orders sent via tracked and signed service.
- Next-day delivery options available via DPD or alternative service.
- Next day delivery relates to working days Mon-Fri
- Once dispatched, delivery times scheduled but not guaranteed. Delays due to courier are not our responsibility, but we'll act promptly to resolve.
- Signature required for delivery. Request for safe place delivery via email or order notes.
- Responsibility for items delivered to public places lies with the customer.
- Please expect potential delays in delivery over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period
Refunds
- Products refunded if returned in original sealed condition, excluding postage fees.
- Cancellation before delivery incurs a £4.99 return charge.
Replacements/Exchanges
- Report faulty/damaged/products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/refund and investigation purposes. After this window we will be unable to deal with any claim.
- Missing Items need to be reported a maximum of seven days after delivery to enable us to take any action
- Exchange possible for unused, sealed items (P&P at customer's expense).
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before processing. Once dispatched, return for refund (minus fees) which include a 10% restocking fee and P&P costs.
- During Black Friday/Cyber Monday period with order volumes being vast, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order, after this point we will be unable to cancel your order.
- Contact within 30 days, return within 45 days, unused and with seals intact. Customer covers return shipping.
